用來將 DVD（mpeg2）轉 mpeg4 用的

mencoder -dvd-device ./movie_dir/ dvd://2 -o title2.avi -oac copy -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4

vcodec 有時會改 msmpeg4v2
